For us, sustainability and locally produced ingredients are not only important, but also very exciting. From the idea of creating a small greenhouse for herbs, we have now further developed the idea to make a full-scale greenhouse on the roof of the hotel. Vegetables, salads and herbs will germinate and grow all year round.

Welcome to LYST Lofoten Sauna

LYST Lofoten Sauna is located on the floating jetty in front of Thon Hotel Svolvær, with a view of the Vestfjord, the entrance to Svolvær harbour and the mountains behind, it consists of two saunas "Fløya" and "Blåtind", women's and men's wardrobe, both of which have showers with hot water and toilets. There is a diving board on the roof of the sauna and the water is cold and refreshing.
